Absolutely amazing experience
I’ve been excited to try Crumbl for a long time since I’ve been watching reviews from TikTok! The store was very clean, there were two employees working that day they were both friendly and welcoming. The cookies came out quickly and delicious! 10/10 experience 😍
GREAT COOKIESSS!
I had placed a large ordered three days ago for nurses at Arkansas Children’s hospital. I have been charged. They have still not received delivery. I cannot get an answer from calls to the store for three days. I spoke with the door-dasher, who had to hand the phone to the store associate…who would not answer my calls to try to troubleshoot the problem, assuring me that she would send back the order to be processed the next day. That did not happen either.
Update: 22
calls later and still no answer, response, or resolution.

Cookies are the same quality as the prepackaged ones from Walmart, through no fault of the company, only their employees. Every single person at this location works as hard as they can to make every aspect of your visit difficult. Just infuriating. No greeting, no eye contact, acting as if they're repulsed by customers who are the reason they can pay their light bills (I'm looking at you SECTION 8❤️).
