“Where do I start. We have grown up going to Shipleys and it has maintained its legacy and consistency in quality and low price forever! These are amazing do-nuts, they also have breakfast sandwiches, burritos and kolaches. The donut holes are my favs. Definitely definitely go. We love Shipleys so much we have matching T-Shirts. “I like to think I’m a donut expert. My favorite donuts are Creme filled, the icing kind. They make the best icing filled donuts ever. Not only are they delicious but they’re actually filled unlike other companies that just put a dollop. Their glazed donuts are also perfect. My kids loved the strawberry and chocolate covered with sprinkles. Employees are very friendly and welcoming. I just wish they were open longer but I understand why they can’t be. Price for dozen mixed donuts is very reasonable. 10/10 recommend“

“The donuts were same as usual. However I haven’t had them in a year or 2. What surprised me was the cost was double what I used to pay. Talk about inflation being 20-25%, as we’re constantly being told. I think many things I buy is in the 80-100% area. I don’t know how some families with children can afford these prices. I might add it’s not just this place. I was getting a burger at one of my favorite burger places. A double with cheese used to be $5-$6. It’s now double. Some lady in front of me was ordering for herself, seemed to be her daughter and husband, with a small child. Her cost was $80… I feel for these people. I hope things turn around in the future. I must say in my long lifetime, they never go back to where they were…“

“what a refreshing take on a quick breakfast. Michael suggested the glazed croissants which were highly recommended by others in previous reviews. These are a must and a nice alternative to regular glazed donuts. They were warm and delicious. We also got the kolaches which were ginormous. My mom, niece and nephew gobbled them up. My sister and I got the biscuits and gravy and those were also good-not short on the gravy! I will be back the next time we are in town! thx for the hospitality Michael!“

“Delicious donuts Friendly“

“There's 2 people working at a time-- one baking and one working the drive through and counter. This makes service a little slow because he's trying to do both at one time but he does good keeping up. We got a lemon filled, Bavarian cream, cinnamon twist, classic glazed, bear claw, apple fritter and a sausage cheese kolache. They all slapped!!! Would definitely recommend.

“Community Bakery just did a custom cake for a special celebration for our family. It was a wonderful experience from the beginning to the end. The service was exceptional, and the cake was not only beautiful but delicious. I highly recommend them for your next event.“

“Apart from an 8 hour gap between closing at 9pm Saturday night until 5am Sunday, this place is open 24 hrs. Staff is always friendly. Cheapest donut is around $3. Always very quiet when I go so I have no idea how they stay open basically all the time. How much business does a donut shop do at 4am on a Tuesday morning?
Donuts have all been very nice, but my partner said she’s had better. Im not a foodie so I’ll take her word for it.“
