The lady at the store is rude. And the place is always closing before 8 pm . And always out of all donuts if you reach some time before 8 pm. It almost feels like they are in a rush to close before time and don’t intend to sell .

i got the pink velvet macchiato and it tasted like nail polish remover. the service was not great, had a mobile order and when i was telling them that the lady interrupted me and said just go to the window. they were rushing me out and didn’t even talk to me, basically threw my food at me, but nobody was there so i’m confused why they were rushing me out. the employee was nice but the manager was the issue

Ordered 3 vanilla cream donuts and was given a total of $4.61 and $11.63 was charged on my card. The phone number is busy all the time so can't even call to have them correct. Now have to dispute with my bank. Would not use credit card. Donuts were good.

Clean And efficient. Don't expect there to be donuts all day because this location stays adequately busy throughout the day.
First time trying this Donut place and not only was it delicious But customer service was excellent. I love sweets so Dunkin Donuts and Danyel's kitchen is my favorite places to buy them made just right and just like I like them.
Matcha tasted like milk. Asked for a small 2 times and they still gave me a medium.

6 glazed donuts for nearly 8 dollars! What? Over a buck a piece. And... they weren't even warm. They were cold. They sucked. I can buy a donut at Shipleys any time of the morning and they're warm every time, nit to mention you have to be gentle with them or you'll smash them because they are perfect. The last time I had a donut from dunkin was in the mid 90s, not it's today. Completely disappointed. Don't waste your time or money with these people. Go to Shipleys and buy a dozen for 10 bucks. Don't reply either, you won't convince me to come back.
