Mt Fuji Japanese Restaurant is known for offering the freshest sashimi and delicious beef fried rice. The modern and fun atmosphere, along with the friendly and attentive service, makes it a favorite spot for many customers. The restaurant is praised for its fantastic menu that includes exotic fish and seafood, as well as traditional and southern rolls. Customers love the top-quality sushi and dishes served at Mt Fuji, with the staff and chefs being highly accommodating and flexible. The restaurant is recognized for bringing in special fish items that are quick to sell out. Diners enjoy the exquisite flavors and meticulous attention to detail, especially in the Omakase experience featuring dishes like salmon caviar, tender charred short rib, and luxurious tuna belly topped with sea urchin. Many reviews highlight the freshness and quality of the fish, with some mentioning that even in landlocked states, the fish quality rivals that of larger cities like Los Angeles and New York. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the service is top-notch, with staff like Teddy being especially friendly and welcoming. The sake menu, including a local brewery called Origami sake, complements traditional dishes such as Ramen sushi roll, yakisoba, and others, making Mt Fuji a great place to satisfy a sushi craving and enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine.
