The new space is beautiful!!! It feels very modern and spacious. Plus the staff and food are incredible. All their tempura dishes and sides are incredibly flaky and well cooked, and the sushi is made to order. Two friends had the Love Boat and it was the most beautiful spread of rolls and sashimi I have even seen.We had 3 vegan friends as welll and they were all greatly pleased.Vegetarian options: Two vegans were at the far end of the table so I'm not sure what they got except for these magic pouch looking things. My friend next to me for the udon soup and the agedashi tofu, both vegan, both yummy.Dietary restrictions: Plenty of gluten free options

One of the most delightful restaurants I have been to in a long time. Our wait person, will, took such incredible care of us from the moment we walked in the door! The decor is outstanding as well. Better than any Japanese restaurant I have been to in California!

Ordered a spider roll, rainbow roll and a sunshine roll take-out. All were pretty disappointing, although the sunshine was marginally better. Portions, freshness and flavor were lacking, especially for the prices. Will not order again.

As a 15+ year supporter of this establishment, I truly regret to have to give this review. But I have to be honest this is not the same place.New location and owners. They have stepped up the atmosphere and ambiance, but they have lost me in the food department. One of my favorite rolls has shrunk in size and taste as with everything else that was placed on the table.... It's not horrible, but it's not the same as it used to be. So with that I must find me a new goto spot. I wish them much success and hope they prosper, but it's no longer for me.... and please don't let this review steer you away. This is just my personal opinion of a place I once knew.

Resturant moved to a new building close to the old site. Has all modern appearance but with a few touches of the old place here and there. Has a new bar area with large screen HDTV. Servers are friendly and menu is still much the same as before and still really good.

Where do I start.. I'll just finish. Food was great and Care was an amazing waitress but the owner and other staff 0 stars out of 5. People were waiting when they had reservations AND available tables and booths. I'd rather just order Uber eats from this place.

Sushi is yummy, but the ramen is some of the best in Little Rock!

My wife was out of town so I took my daughters to Mt. Fuji on 01/17/24 and told them I only take special people to this place and told them how I had been going there for 24 years. I pulled up and a sign was on the building that said it had moved, but another sign said it’s around the corner. So, I kept pulling around until I finally saw a new sign that said “Mt. Fuji” tucked in behind the Looney Bin. I walked in and it was nice. But I didn’t see the pretty older Japanese lady and everything and everybody looks different. It was sad, because of the nostalgia. Where’s the kitschy Japanese’s decor and lightly stained wood??? I looked at the menu and it was different too. I was now very sad, but already seated. I didn’t see the cucumber salad, which is the main reason I kept coming, but I had to ask anyway. Our waitress, who was awesome BTW, was like of course we have it, the name is just different. Wow, it was the best I’ve ever had it there!!! I Got the rainbow roll (another go to) and it was bomb…untouched same recipe. I got my girls (8 & 3) some kind of Japanese fried chicken and they devoured it! They are so picky so this is saying a lot!!! I got us some udon noodle soup and several small bowls to share and everyone loved it. Everything was just flat out better. A young man came to my table to check on us and I told him I’ve been coming there for 20 years and how at first I was worried about everything changing and looking so different, but assured him that it is amazing and better than it’s ever been, and that I can’t wait to bring my wife. He said he and his brother were running the restaurant now and they spent time there before owning it and loved the food had no intentions of changing the recipes because this was the restaurant they loved. But honestly, it’s better. His brother is the chef and is extremely talented! He shook my hand and was so kind. It was such a beautiful experience today. 5 STARS ALL DAY!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Delicious and authentic japanese food by people who really care. Give it a try!Edit: (after trying new location twice) Better than ever. Takoyaki and tempura was delicious and crispy. Best tonkotsu in town. PERFECT ajitamago eggs in the ramen.

My husband and I have been fortunate to eat at the new Mt Fugi three times (most recently tonight). The food is FABULOUS! We loved learning the love story of two chefs who met at Uchi (another favorite sushi restaurant out of state). Mt Fugi creates an incredible assortment of Japanese sushi from staples to fusion. The fish is fresh and prepared with love. We highly recommend and will be customers for life!
