Gorditas Paty's Mexican Restaurant

I have ordered delivery from this location through Uber Eats multiple times and it’s the only Mexican restaurant in Little Rock that I find myself going back to because our family enjoys it so much. Never dined in before but every time I order the food is hot and fresh upon arrival, portions are good for what you pay and the food is comforting and delicious. I will say we tend to order simple comfort meals off the menu but I appreciate that the quality and portions of the food has always stayed consistent and always tastes and looks like it’s been made with effort and care.

Horrible service ! I have came to the restaurant as a customer and now as a door dasher and the customer service is absolutely terrible. Woman was on phone when first walked up did not greet me, when told I was here for door dash she said it was a wait ….which was fine I asked to use the restroom While waiting which took more then 5 minutes she said there wasn’t one but to my knowledge it was and with my own two eyes I seen some one of the opposite race exit the bathroom ….was the bathroom only for a certain race not sure seems like it. After waiting for order the woman brought the order out but sat it down a few tables away from me which is clearly not where I was sitting and just proceeded to walk away know acknowledging or no have a good day just silence and looks. I don’t care how good the food is I wouldn’t recommend this place.

DID NOT GET ANY SERVICE AT ALL WHEN I WAS THERE. THE BAR ATTENDANT IGNORED ME THE WHOLE TIME I WAS THERE. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND DIDNT GET TO TRY ANYTHING. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. LIKE DO YOU ONLY SERVE YOUR OWN??

For the price it was the best authentic Mexican food.

Bad service, their servers just deliver the food to the table and don’t come back to check if food temperature is fine, if we need more drinks or if we want to order something else. Servers also make fun of clients with their earbuds, they feel like they’re perfect, they need to look themselves in the mirror.

Horrible service. Cheese dip was cold. 20 min wait on a beer.

The food is cold. I do not recommend it and apart from expensive prices.

Avoid ordering the shrimp broth, I really don't know where the cook is from who puts Broccoli in the shrimp broth.

I had very bad roasted meat and they gave it to me almost in broth and with so much pepper that I couldn't eat it.
