Service was good, the staff was friendly. But I don’t know what happened to the quality of the product. I used to go here all the time but I started working early and could never go before work because they opened later. Now my schedule changed and I have been there twice and both times my latte was not good. I don’t know if it was the roast or the pull of the espresso shots themselves but it tasted super burnt both times. They use Torani syrup mostly now instead of the Pink...
Not what it once was. Lots of changes have been evident. Menu, staff, service, and quality of coffee. Unfortunately this is no longer our top coffee shop in the area. Barely still in the top 5 when it used to be the number 1.
