Five start experience as usually. Friendly staff; Nurse Shelly explained the process and asked did she get all the areas a normally get treated. Much appreciated.
I’ve been with Ideal Image since 2007 and have been to several clinics. The providers at the Little Rock clinic are great! Very friendly, professional, and thorough. Victoria is always so helpful at the desk! And Shelly makes me feel comfortable during treatments, which is super important to me. Really appreciate them both!

Appointment canceled the day before with the next availability 3 months away (well beyond the recomended interval (8 weeks) between appointments EVEN IF they were able to keep what I had booked).It was carefully explained to me by this company that not coming at the appropriate interval would degrade the effectiveness of treatment and yet they're not able to make appointments at that interval? $8500 is quite a bit to spend for shoddy scheduling.Called the corporate line. I was told they can extend contracts up to 1 year so they can't make any correction today and will have to 'look into it' at the end of the contract. I have low expectations.Update - Ideal Image called to re book with an opening tomorrow but only for half of my appointment. Driving 3 hours round trip twice IS better than not being seen but still less than impressive. Will update if service improves.

I’ve had a great experience with Ideal Image. The nurses are super attentive and always make sure I’m comfortable throughout my treatments. I’ve seen Shelly and Samantha the most, and they are extremely friendly, listen to my concerns, and make sure I know what to expect and that all my questions are answered. I definitely recommend Ideal Image!
