Don't bother going here at lunchtime during the week. They always get a big, catering type of order so you will wait half an hour for them to make your on site order. It is like this every time I go there now. This location used to be lightning fast, but it has gone way downhill the past few years. All they seem to care about is catering and the drive thru. If that is the case, then shut dining-in down because you do not have enough staff. Like many places now, no one cares unless you're in the drive thru.Edit: I used the feedback form and have heard nothing in response.

This used to be my "go to" for a delicious Jimmy John's sandwich. Now this location is constantly short staffed, they frequently run out of product, and they don't deliver catering orders on time. Better management is needed.

Usually a great experience. Not today. They left out some items and of course couldn’t do a refund and had no solution but to redeliver missing items which was a waste of everyone’s time. I said I would just like a refund and they couldn’t do that because it was an app order. And there is no customer service to call with help for that. I said I’d just call back at a later time to speak to the manager because the person I was talking to didn’t know what was going on so it never crossed my mind they were the manager and she said she was the manager. I about fell out of my chair. Corporate Jimmy John’s needs to do better training or something. Unacceptable.
