It takes forever to get a sandwich. It’s minimum 10-15 minutes in the drive through for 1 sandwich. Every single time I go it takes forever I have quit going at this point.

Jimmy John's is a restaurant with nice workers and great food and service. They offer wheelchair accessibility up front. The downtown location is not friendly to a truck or large vehicle and has busy traffic, but consider parking in the back lot. While the bread could be heated up, their sandwiches are fresh and served with freaky fast service, though sometimes not freaky fast. They have a rewards app that may sometimes have issues, but their staff are super friendly and kind, providing accurate orders and fast service. The restaurant is a great place to eat, with fresh ingredients and staff who take allergies seriously to make sure you have a safe option to eat.
