We order from this Jimmy Johns frequently, and up until today, we have been satisfied. Our order today took an hour to get here, upon arrival, my large Dr Pepper was only halfway full. I walked down the hill and approached 2 employees in their vehicle, told them about my drink, they acted confused and said they would be back. I then called the manager, informing her of the situation and letting her know that I'm not sure if it the drink was consumed or not. She "believes it was...read full review
I put in an order for delivery and after 30 minutes I called them and they said the driver would be back in 2 minutes. I called back after an additional 20 minutes and was told rudely that they are busy and the driver “been gone.” I now how 5 minutes to eat my lunch because my hour lunch is over. Not freakishly fast in my opinion.
