Horrible service. Worst attitude. They’re supposed to open at 10:30 and if you call they tell you they’re not open until 11. Pizzas are burnt or improperly cut.

I called and order my food and didn’t receive it till 30 mins later. Then when I open up my pizza box this is what I received. I will just let the picture speak for its self.

Great customer service!!!! Went in was greeted right away by 3 employees, the vibe was sooo positive in there it changed my whole mood!! The food was HOT and READY just like they say on the box! An big shout out to Deveron who got me right and kept me smiling the whole time in there will definitely stay choosing this location for the family night pizzas!!!!

Ordered 4x pizzas and two orders of breadsticks thru the drive thru. They asked us to park and wait 15mins and 45 mins later we still had no pizza.

We watched two employees leave for break. And had to go check on it twice.

Not satisfied

More people standing out back than working.
Parking lot is disgusting.
Also pretty bad food.

The food was over cooked and seem to have been sitting for a long time it was not hot nor warm I should have check before Ieft the store. I will never visit this location again.

Pizza Dough had weird taste in spots. They work fast, but probably need to work the dough longer to be sure everything is blended.

Parking: Shopping centre shared parking. Busy drive-thru feeds into main lane of traffic. Be careful.

The food was not all that great, I ordered my pizza and ended up only getting part of my order and the person who answered the phone when I called got an attitude with me and in a few words told me I was lying about missing the pizza that I was missing. The guys that are there now are very unprofessional!! It was too much money for this pizza! And not to mention, when the guy was giving me my change he took $3 and some loose change and said he didn't charge me for something and stuck the money in his pocket.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a little ramp there on the sidewalk for wheelchairs.

Some dude that works in the back came up to the counter and from what he said and how he said it he must of been high or drunk but because of him I gave this place a low rating

Ordered a thin crust, pizza with pepperoni and bacon from them, get to the house to eat the pizza only to find that the middle of the pizza was completely soggy in the middle, super thrown together, I called them to explain the pizza and what he told me was “Give the pizza time to cool down before we eat the pizza” Even though the pizza wasn’t really hot to us” but this is the last time ??‍♀️

Came in during lunch. Deserted. Waited 10 minutes up front opened and closed tbe door to see if someone would come up front. Friday seems like a day you might want to staff a pizza place.

Very bad service here and dealing here is very bad

The service is very slow and the front door is always closed. They only talk to you on the drive-thru and speak in a bad manner. This is the worst location in Little Rock.

The waiting time to receive the order may range from 20 minutes to an hour. Unless you are lucky you will get it quickly.
