Service was poor. Food was cold. Delivered wife’s food to wrong table and just brought it to us rather than remake.

The Dixon Chicken Enchiladas had less than 1/4 teaspoon of chicken! This used to be my favorite meal - the manager bragged that her team must have gotten really good at shredding the chicken - but to the point of shredding it down to nothing? This meal used to have a lot of grilled chicken in each of the three enchiladas. I was very disappointed and I think that now that there is almost zero chicken on it and the enchiladas are half the size they used to be, then the price needs to come down. Maybe the new manager is trying to pad her bonus check by cutting the chicken out of chicken enchiladas?

Today was like normal amazing service, amazing food but to see the general manager deal with an issue was remarkable. There was a customer at the bar who continued to curse out loud. She saw customers, including myself becoming upset with his language. She addressed the issue and later he started back. I asked her if she would mind telling him to quiet it down. Another customer next to me even said “he needs to stop using curse words like that, especially as loud as he is”. The general manager the. Asks him to leave. She was extremely professional and respectful! Her care for other customers and even the children in the restaurant was amazing! Your bartender also was amazing at apologizing for the problem. The general manager even came to my wife and I to apologize but she did not have to. I will 100% be back and thank you for having management who cares for customers! Love this place!!

Walked in and there was no sign to seat yourself so I asked a lady if we needed to seat ourselves very nicely.. no one was at the front desk. The lady was so rude! The sign had been turned around, so it didn’t say wait be seated. She rolled her eyes at me and sat us in the corner in a little teeny table so close to other tables our chairs were hitting other chairs people were sitting at. There were plenty of other open tables. I think she did that just because she was mad that we asked. Usually food is good, but we walked out. Her attitude and the “squeezing” us in was not comfortable.

My daughter chose Local Lime for her special 16th birthday party and wanted to invite 25 of her friends. I was so worried about having that many teens show up without a guaranteed room, but everything about our experience was flawless. Our tables/area for 27 was ready exactly on time, our server (Justin B) did absolutely amazing, the food was hot and everything was correct. We were blown away by how perfect the entire large party went. Thank you for helping us celebrate our baby girl’s milestone!

Food was so flavorful and fresh!! The chips were like tortilla pita chips - they were different and yummy! Got queso, guac, and the verde salsa. So delicious! I got the citrus salad with chicken! The chicken was tender the salad was phenomenal!

10's across the Board!! Everything was scrumptious and the Service was impeccable. We went to celebrate a Birthday due to an issue with another restaurant and so glad we chose Local Lime. Our server Christian was attentive, Personable and Professional.
