Local Lime : Little Rock

My daughter chose Local Lime for her special 16th birthday party and wanted to invite 25 of her friends. I was so worried about having that many teens show up without a guaranteed room, but everything about our experience was flawless. Our tables/area for 27 was ready exactly on time, our server (Justin B) did absolutely amazing, the food was hot and everything was correct. We were blown away by how perfect the entire large party went. Thank you for helping us celebrate our baby girl’s milestone!

Great atmosphere with great food! Good location if you live in west Little Rock, plenty of parking.

At the bar the bartenders are friendly and very helpful. They know the menu and their liquor. Highly recommend!

I thoroughly enjoyed my food. Service was good too. No complaints there. However, the reason for the 3 stars is price. I just can't see spending 17.50 on my tiny plate of enchiladas and spoonful of rice and beans. I know these days prices are higher at most restaurants but I will have to stick with the Mexican restaurants that serve free salsa and much cheaper plates.

Been a customer here for a long time but had a terrible experience last night. It was my daughter’s bday and the server said we only offer apple pie (which many times before we had options). I pointed that out and the waiter was rude and said that’s the rules and he brought the general manager, Haylee. She was just as rude if not more rude than the waiter and acted like she could care less about th e customers. I have been a loyal customer for many years and as much as we spent ($150) and much more over the years, they are going to lose a customer over a $7 dessert? Just shocking. I have not had service that rude from a high end restaurant before. I guess they have so many customers they don’t need to really care about them.

I usually enjoy the food here. The menu has a nice selection. However on this visit the fried option that we ordered were obviously cooked in old grease. They we're super dark and couldn't taste the fish or chicken from the grease. The steak in my taco was beyond overdone but they quickly made a new one.

I had a friend of mine up from Louisiana, and I highly recommended your place, however, I got sat on the enclosed patio, where there was nothing but cobwebs, and the trash can was so nasty. Our service was horrible. They ran out of unsweetened tea during lunch. I was totally embarrassed. Will not be back.

Local Like is always a good time! The verde salsa is an obsession of mine. The birria tacos are addicting. Service is always great.

First time there, food was excellent, which I don't say very often. Service could have been better. Had to ask for silverware after 15 minutes. The waiter didn't check back very often.

The wait was 1-hour and 45-minutes. The server was overloaded with tables. The food came out fairly quickly. 10-15 minutes. The fajitas were burnt. Ordered the combo. Couldn’t eat it. When we told the server he said “yeah it happens sometimes because the serving plate it too hot and the veggies are already cooked “ he came and pick up the mostly unused food and never apologized or offered to exchange. Avoid this place if possible. It’s over hyped!

The Fajitas are burned. The veggies were Ineatable. And when asked if this was normal, I was told “we don’t really like to burn it. They don’t understand the plates are already hot” no aplogies. Pics upon request. Avoid this place. Also had an 1 hour and 40 minute wait.

I love this place.
The food is always delicious and fresh.
The atmosphere is nice and clean. Kinda cramped. But that's because they are so busy.
