My daughter chose Local Lime for her special 16th birthday party and wanted to invite 25 of her friends. I was so worried about having that many teens show up without a guaranteed room, but everything about our experience was flawless. Our tables/area for 27 was ready exactly on time, our server (Justin B) did absolutely amazing, the food was hot and everything was correct. We were blown away by how perfect the entire large party went. Thank you for helping us celebrate our baby...
I thoroughly enjoyed my food. Service was good too. No complaints there. However, the reason for the 3 stars is price. I just can't see spending 17.50 on my tiny plate of enchiladas and spoonful of rice and beans. I know these days prices are higher at most restaurants but I will have to stick with the Mexican restaurants that serve free salsa and much cheaper plates.
I usually enjoy the food here. The menu has a nice selection. However on this visit the fried option that we ordered were obviously cooked in old grease. They we're super dark and couldn't taste the fish or chicken from the grease. The steak in my taco was beyond overdone but they quickly made a new one.
