MawMaw's House is a restaurant with a permanent location, open five days a week. The food is packed with a lot of flavor and absolutely recommended. Many love the Quesa Birra con consomé, chorizo nachos, birria, and Asada tacos. The homemade chorizo is considered the best anywhere. The fresh salsa verde and lime gives everything the perfect balance of salt, fat, acid, and heat. Some note the rice was not it, while the pinto beans were good. The truck is also known for ground beef “white people tacos” with lettuce and normal fixins. It is seen as a great deal and a kind of secret spot worth trying.
