I have one word to describe the food, service and atmosphere of Taqueria el Palenque and it is "wow"! Came here at the urging of a local friend and was so pleased. authentic mexican food and you get what you pay for. i got the fajita mixta that has chicken,steak and shrimp served with rice and beans, it was honestly the best fajitas i've had around Arkansas and only for $13 you literally cannot beat that. service was quick and our sever was understanding to my allergies and made sure it wasn't cross contaminated or anything. will most definitely be coming back very soon!!

Food was excellent as was the service. We were seated in the front room which was very noisy and busy with staff, doorbell notifications and a birthday song that repeated over and over. We will go back for the great food, but will sit in the back!
