Most disappointing franchise ever. Long waits for food. Cold food when it finally comes out. Staff seems confused and rude. Bottomline, I love McDonalds, but HATE this one. Won't be back again and recommend DO NOT GO!!!!

If u don’t speak Spanish..don’t go here. They literally messed up my order..fixed it..gave me the same messed up order and waited 20 mins just to get a biscuit sandwich! They suck!And I went through drive through and had to go inside to get it fixed! And still did not get my order after waiting!!Poor customer service!

I got the best iced coffee any McDonald's employee has ever made in central Arkansas yesterday. It was a large iced vanilla coffee with extra ice. For the first time it was made perfect!!!! ?

Literally just left from getting my money back (which was the wrong amount by the way). I ordered 2 triple cheese burgers with extra cheese and ended up with 2 spicy McChicken with a hair ball in one and the other wasn't cooked (still frozen). The wrapper had the correct label for my burgers but as I said they were complete opposite. When I went to get my money back they started talking in Spanish and laughing. I gave my whole order back and only received $11 back. I won't be back and I hope this review saves someone the trouble.

I had a Quarter Pounder with cheese, my sister had a Big Mac, and my niece had the 10 piece Mc nuggets with barbeque sauce. The only complaint was my sister said there wasn't enough special sauce on her Big Mac. Other than that, everything was fine.
No one would take our order in the drive through we was the only people in line so we pulled forward to ask about it and they shut the window and didn't come back.
