Literally just left from getting my money back (which was the wrong amount by the way). I ordered 2 triple cheese burgers with extra cheese and ended up with 2 spicy McChicken with a hair ball in one and the other wasn't cooked (still frozen). The wrapper had the correct label for my burgers but as I said they were complete opposite. When I went to get my money back they started talking in Spanish and laughing. I had a Quarter Pounder with cheese, my sister had a Big Mac, and my niece had the 10 piece Mc nuggets with barbeque sauce. The only complaint was my sister said there wasn't enough special sauce on her Big Mac. Other than that, everything was fine.

All we got was two fires and a medium coffee. Took forever for our fries to come out and they weren’t even fresh. They gave us a small coffee instead of a medium. When asked to correct it they lied to us and refused to correct it
