Yesterday, February 21, I went for some fries and a sandwich and they didn't want to serve me because I was Hispanic. They are all racists. They just looked at me and didn't want to charge me. I waited 15 minutes to see if they would charge me, but they didn't want to do anything for me..

They can't make a simple Carmel macchiato drink. If they would just look at the picture and the intrusions on how it's made, they'd be able to make it right. I get it correctly at every other McDonald's I go to but this one. When I asked for them to make it the right way! The red head thats pregnant was talking shit with the manager about it. Terrible customer service. They just added black coffee not the expresso when I asked them to fix it. How dumb can you be. Explains why you work at McDonald's.

Pulled up because I was hungry, drive through atmosphere didn't really count but the people working were so nice and the girl almost gave me the wrong bag and they corrected her but it was positive reinforcement. Food was so fresh it burnt my mouth. Couldn't have asked for a better burger man. High fives team.

South University drive thru is fairly quick especially if you are ordering from their app.You may have to wait a few minutes for your order to finish being prepared but it is fresh and hot. It hasn't been sitting under the heat lamp for a hour or more.
Manager on night shift on 1-12-24 was very rude and disrespectful smart mouth and no help at all I would not refer anybody to this McDonald's

Waited 10 minutes for a curbside order. Upon going inside and asking for a manager the order was still not prepared. The first manager was rude and unhelpful. The second manager saw to it the order was prepared.
