I eat here faithfully once a week and today when I got to the drive through window to pay, the young lady who works the window told me my total was 26.00. I knew that something was off so she gave me the receipt and I saw a 6.00 charge for queso and chips. I told her that I didn't ask for queso when ordering at the speaker literally 30 seconds prior and she became frustrated with a heavy sigh and replied, "one moment."
