This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve lived close to this one for a few years now so it’s typically the McDonald’s I go to. Their food is always cold, the buns have been stale way too often and they take so long to take your order. If I only had 1 bad experience with them then I wouldn’t be giving a review about it. This has happened way too often and I can’t believe I’ve gone back as many times as I have. You guys are horrible and I won’t be going back.

This is ridiculous. Sat in line for over an HOUR for a mobile order I placed for two double cheese burgers with cheese and extra onions only. Not only did I sit there over an hour, my order was wrong. Three people in the facility and two just kept staring at me doing nothing. One girl kept going in and out for whatever reason and then they closed early?????? Whoever is night shift needs to get fired. Morning/mid day shift are great. If I could give this 0 stars I would. Sorry to the other workers who do their job. This rating is not for yall. Im 20 years old and writing this review makes me feel older than I am but my god did this really piss me off. Do better. If u don’t like ur job do not make that the customers issue. I work in fast food as well and if my staff were to EVER do this they would get written up immediately.

Came into the restaurant at 9:30 am for breakfast with a friend. Ordered using the kiosk. We were the only people in the restaurant. All of the tables were dirty. We found one that was semi clean. Food arrived in a timely manner, but we were told they were out of plastic knives and forks and we would have to use spoons. I had to get up four different times to get condiments that should have been provided. 1. Salt and Pepper 2. Cream and Sugar 3. Butter and Jelly 4. Ketsup.Employees need to be more attentative to customers.

The am shift lady very rude. Made two people pull off in front of me. When I pulled up she very rudely said “WHAT CAN I GET YOU.” I said a number 5 and she instantly told me to pull to second window when I wasn’t done ordering. Then I told her I wasn’t done she let out a big sigh like it was a problem I wanted something else. So I just drove off with all the attitude she had didn’t want my food messed up like always at this McDonald’s.

This McDonalds is the absolute worst. They always take at least 15 min to get your food and if you are in the drive thru then it’s more like 30. The restaurant is filthy and I have almost slipped and fallen multiple times while inside. I tried to go inside to check on my curbside order and every single door was locked with no sign explaining why. I was brought my curbside food at 10:16, which I ordered at 9:55. The person who brought it out didn’t even apologize for the wait or acknowledge me in any way. Just handed me the food and walked off.

Location of this particular McDonald's is questionable. The spot directly next to it is an extermination business. They daily pump poison into their trucks. The dumpster they have is constantly overflowing with toxic refuse. This combo is a recipe for disaster.

It is fast food. In that category, they are pretty good! The manager was awesome, letting us know that they would be a small delay as they are short-handed and switching from breakfast to lunch!

Ordered food at 7:40am, order was rang in, incorrect (I could see on the screen). Order was not repeated, and I was not asked if the order was correct. All things that should be done before demanding “pull around for your total”. Upon pulling up to the window I was hoping to correct the mistake, but was not given the option but only handed the bag immediately and then told a total.I can deal with getting a dry biscuit instead of a McGriddle BUT After paying I realized that I had been charged twice for the single order of pancake I asked for. Very annoying because I won’t be eating pancakes! I just paid extra (14.00 extra) for a mistake drive thru made. I didn’t want to turn around, and likely won’t be returning. I understand ticket times, and needing to get guests out of the window/away from your mic as fast as you can, but ensuring your guests have the complete CORRECT experience is very important. It’s crazy early in the day to be making that many mistakes with two cars in the drive thru. Some retraining in steps of service is probably needed.

when I’m not to long ago this morning black male with blue shirt on looks like the manager barely knew how to ring my order up it took him a while to ring it in he then walks to the back and tell the crew how to make my order i then ask him when he comes back to the register i ask how long would it take for my order in the kindest way and in a snappy tone “I just told them to make it” like i am honestly shocked at the rudeness of a manager and I come to this McDonald’s all the time morning crew always give me a hard Time !!!!! NEEDS TO DO BETTER if you don’t like your job don’t come to work !!!

This would be the worst McDonald's in the state of Arkansas. We pulled into drive thru only to be told no order with code found. Advised the woman at the front drive thru window. ( tall, dark complexion, mess hair pulled into a ponytail in all back McDonald's gear), of the address. So refused to look for order. Went in side and showed the other woman in the purple McDonald's shirt our receipt. She tells me nothing they can do.. I paid 46.00 and they weren't going to even look for my order. Another woman in a white and yellow car came in and bought back in her order and told them, It's not my order. The drive thru worker tries to argue and tell me that it was a container pick up and not a drive thru. Showed mobile order but continued to argue...FYI, WE HAVE KIDS IN THE TRUCK HUNGRY....Got the food and quality of food that we paid wasn't worth it...We will call Corporate and reporting location and worker. ASAP....

Forgot my order. Don't eat in. No ice and they are running a wet vac. Drive thru is the priority. Unless you are the employee who is enjoying breakfast while No one has food.
