The staff is absolutely as polite and professional as possible but the owner operator needs to allow for more staff in high volume periods so that these kind people can perform their duties without so much to do. Without enough people to provide the good service they really are trying to deliver. it would be FAST food if they had enough people to handle the volume of business they're doing they charge you as if you ordered a sit down meal at a casual restaurant so why...

Says they close at midnight in the drive-thru. Lie. Went by 11:38... on a friday... they closed early. Just lazy employees taking advantage of an owner operator who has no clue he/she is being taken advantage of. The employees don't care about their job or the owners' reputation. They are there to collect a paycheck and complete the bare minimum the rest of their time on the clock.

This location is understaffed only a few employees are nicer polite most of them are rude and disrespectful. The neighborhood is not that great. And the food even though I order my food with a special request at still somehow came out old and stale
