It was a great spot to eat at, inflation is the only reason for 4 stars on food.

This restaurant charges you an extra 3% for using your credit card. They give you no warning until after it's charged. Pathetic that a restaurant of this level needs to do that.

The food and service is always great here! The live piano-playing is also an excellent plus. If you order pasta, I would recommend soaking their bread in the leftover sauce to eat!

This was our first time at the new location. It's really nice. We went around 6 on May 31st. We were greeted when we came in. Our server Joslyn was knowledgeable, polite, attentive. She kept my water glass filled. She checked on us regularly without being overbearing. She also had a nice smile. FOOD was DELICIOUS. We got the Spinach dip. 10 out of 10 recommend. He got spaghetti the works and I got the seafood combo. DELICIOUS!!!! We both got salads. He got ranch dressing and I got the Lemon vinaigrette. 10 OUT OF 10 RECOMMEND. I wish I could bought a bottle of it! If you haven't been, you must go. You will not be disappointed 😋

We were one of two customers and we were neglected in service. Our plates were not cleared and the food was overpriced for the lack of quality. The artichoke dip was flavorless. The chicken Parmesan tasted like frozen chicken was used. We were disappointed.

I wanted to use a gift certificate a friend had given me for my birthday. They told me I couldn’t use it. I asked why. They said it had an expiration date of only one year from purchase.
I was shocked. I didn’t realize it had an expiration date. That means They took my Friends money and did not honor the certificate she bought.
I can understand a time limit on a gift certificate to keep people from trying to use something after a restaurant closed, but this restaurant is still open. They still had my friend’s money. They took the money but refused to honor The certificate.
I’ve always found their food a little on the bland side, but the restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere in good service so I continued to go there.
I will no longer patronize this business.

Just go to Olive Garden. It’s way cheaper and basically the same thing. Canned spaghetti sauce on the eggplant Parmesan is just beyond lazy, so sad. My husband and I were seriously questioning if they actually made any part of our dishes. Everything just seemed store-bought and manufactured. Not a single dessert was made in house the plating was bare on the desserts as well. The tortellini with pancetta and mushrooms was just gross. The pancetta didn’t even taste like pancetta. It tasted like ham with the weirdest texture ever. I cannot stress this enough just go to Olive Garden.
