Milano's Italian Grill - Little Rock

If you haven’t been to Milanos what are you even doing???? Such amazing service and their new location is STUNNING! A great date spot that is the sweet point between comfortable and decadent. I have dreams about their rolls often🥲

Their food is absolutely delicious! I wasn't expecting it. I'm a big foodie and the food didn't disappoint! The lasagna was flavorful with just the right balance of meat, cheese, and pasta. It tasted as if it were right out of the oven fresh.
The only let down, is that they are closed on Sunday and Monday!

My husband and I came here for a date night, excited to try a new restaurant in Little Rock—but unfortunately, the experience was a huge letdown from beginning to end.

The wait was extremely long, and the restaurant was packed and uncomfortable. When we were finally seated, the food took a while and ended up being underwhelming in both taste and presentation.

I ordered the Italian Trio and was shocked to find a piece of plastic in my food. Even more frustrating, the manager never came over or acknowledged the situation. No apology, no explanation—just silence. The only thing they did was remove the item from our bill, which felt dismissive and unprofessional.

Also, just an FYI: the “secondary bar area” is not actually a bar. It’s just a high-top table with no service, which was misleading and added to the frustration.

Overall, what was meant to be a special night out turned into a disappointing and stressful experience. We won’t be returning—and definitely wouldn’t recommend it to others.

The new location is amazing!!!! Same great food but 2 outside patios and larger space. So enjoyed Brittany at the bar!!

Went to Milano’s with a party of 6, was able to sample taste Lobster Ravioli, Baked Tortellini, Linguini Bolognese, Shrimp Fra-Duvall and Sausage & Peppers Parmigiana and all were delicious but the Lobster Ravioli was my pick with a glass of Barossa Valley Shiraz ?. Service was very professional and we all received ours meal in a timely manner. Highly recommend to check Milano’s out for your favorites Italian food ?

One of our go to places when we visit Little Rock. Garlic bread is very good. Tomato basil soup is very good. My wife usually gets the baked ziti, but she branched out to the cannelloni this time. Very good. Manicotti is very good. My father-in-law got the lasagne. Very good.
