Mt. Fuji is the best Sushi in Little Rock. The food is always top notch. They are great at bringing in special fish items and they go fast!. We love eating here and make is a weekly accordance. The staff is wonderful and the chefs could not be more accommodating and flexible when possible.

this restaurant is just disappointing, I went specifically for Japanese history, but alas! the ramen was just a parody, I haven't eaten something so tasty for a long time! the soybean sprouts were completely sour and smelled! the thing itself was objectively not bad, in general I won't set foot there again

All our sashimi & rolls were very fresh & great tasting. Yellowtail, New Zealand sashimi were really good! Only complaint is that It was a little chilly in the restaurant for one of us but service and food excellent! Next time he needs to bring a jacket. 😂
