This place used to be a good place for lunch, but not anymore. The quality of the food has dropped and the prices have gone up. I should have known when there was only a few tables occupied at noon. The coconut shrimp very small and over cooked. The floor was slick with water dripping from the air conditioning vent. The bathroom was absolutely filthy. Poor quality high priced food. I will not be going back.

(Keep in mind, this was delivered on Doordash) First time I have ever eaten Outback Steakhouse and my god.. it's been countless years since my tastebuds have encountered such a glorious meal. The steak was cooked to perfection. Beautifully tender, PERFECTLY juicy. Textbook STEAK. I could gush about it forever. The salad was SO good. Crunchy, sweet, savory.. my vocabulary isn't advanced enough to give you any other synonyms. You get it. TIGHT. Man, I threw in that baked potato as a side and I didn't expect it to get much love but WOAH. It's like I went down a flight of flavor stairs and the closer I got to the bottom it just got BETTER. How do you make a potato THAT delicious?? Don't stop doing what you're doing. You have incredible cooks. William was the manager that helped me with all of my questions and threw in all sorts of sauces just because!! I will absolutely be back! Much love from a former Chili's fanatic. You have stolen my heart.

Ate there last night, and was highly disappointed. We came in at 9pm. We were the only people in there, and it took over an hour for our food to come out, just for it to come out nasty. Our waitress was great, but there was another employee on the phone cussing right behind us. It was an overall bad experience. I’d understand if we came in right at closing, but we came 2 hours before they closed. I will never eat at Outback ever again. Wasted over $60 for food I didn’t even eat!

Refused to honor call ahead seating (for everyone, not just me) after we arrived. I made the call ahead seating via the app and even if they made the decision to not honor it, they could have easily notified me via email (the same way they confirmed the call ahead seating.) Was a 1-hour wait once we arrived. Absolute failure of a declining restaurant brand.

My mother, who is 82, placed a to go order for pick up. When we returned home we realized her order was wrong. Mom called and was told to bring the food back and she was given $40 in gift cards... NO FOOD! THEY DIDN'T GIVE HER A REFUND NOR DID THEY GIVE HER THE FOOD SHE PAID FOR. The time and gas money it took to pick up the order and return it to walk away with $40 in gift cards is ridiculous. That's NOT customer service. That only benefits the restaurant. It's like they took advantage of this older person and it's not right. My mother is kind and respectful. It's the principal and total disrespect. DO BETTER!

I’ve dined in and doordashed from this location multiple times. Not sure who the cook is but I hope they are compensated for their efforts! I travel for a living and eat at multiple high end steakhouses (Ruth’s Chris, Keens, Sullivan’s, etc..) and somehow this cook always turns a Outback quality steak into a perfectly cooked/seasoned masterpiece. Kudos to them!

Beyond that it's a typical Outback, but the food was cooked well and came out fast. Specifically the side salads arrived before we even finished ordering (which is a first for me).

I ordered through doordash. The “loaded” baked potato had little to no toppings. The photo i posted shows the baked potato after adding toppings. I had to add my own. The burger was RAW AND COLD! TERRIBLE!
