It's boarded up. Panera/Google-please update. It's a pain in the rear end when traveling to go out of your way based on a Google search just to find that it's closed but does not indicate so on the website or Google search.
I have never left a review, but I was totally ripped off by Panera on Cantrell Thursday evening. I stopped by last night to pickup dinner. I ordered a full teriyaki chicken sandwich with a side of broccoli cheese soup and a large drink. I got home with my order and there was maybe a couple of bites of chicken with heaps of arugula lettuce and it was on a burned chibotta bun. It was the worst. I paid $19.12 for something I couldn’t even eat. I cleared away the arugula and ate the two bite of teriyaki chicken. I will not be going back to Panera again. I don’t think this place even deserves one star.
The coffee, the atmosphere, and vibe at this hip coffee spot was amazing. Attended to very quickly, delicious coffees, and scenery is the opposite of the boring Starbucks. Highly suggested.
Best breakfast in town! Too bad they just closed at Pleasant Ridge Town Center!
Waited in drive through for 30 minutes!! At window for at least 5 minutes before anyone even spoke!! What the heck?!! Soup and sandwich...NEWK’s next time!!!
Not sure what happened to this place? It’s like corporate never visits this location. The employees seem to do what they want and are pretty rude as well. Seem’s very bias. Turning into Starbucks.
Standing here waiting on some soup and listening to employees arguing constantly. Definitely makes you uncomfortable! Will be getting my soup elsewhere from now on!
Excellenta. Fresh food, the butternut squash soup was so good.
Really expensive for a sandwich but good. Wife found hair in hers
Great food, coffee, and service

Learn to read a clock and a map. Order was 60 mins late being delivered for the 2nd time in a row
Very nice place for breakfast. Quiet. Awesome food. Good coffee.
Bad customer service. No “hello”, no “thank you”, no eye contact. Used to be a much friendlier place
I went in for a quick bite on a Sunday. Restaurant was not busy. One employee was cleaning right behind the front counter. I stood at the front waiting to order for 5 minutes. The “cleaning employee” didn’t even make eye contact with me. I left. Will NOT be back.
Went by on Friday to purchase a bagel. Was the only customer at the ordering counter when I walked in. The woman behind the counter, the only person working the counter, was putting some bakery items in a to-go box. No acknowledgement of my presence although she clearly saw me. No comment from her for several minutes. Pitiful attitude. Pitiful training. This location has lowered their personnel standards to a minimum level. Would definitely NOT recommend this Panera location.
