NEVER ordering from this place again. I placed my order at 7:33, why did it take them until 10:27 to get my food to me!?!?!?!?!? Never again.

Took an hour longer than quoted for carry out pizza. And the pizza was very skimpy on all the toppings. Papa John's in Jacksonville is 5 stars but not this one.

Order pizza and they said it will be ready in 13 minutes,got up there stay in line 10 minutes and the they told me my pizza would be ready in 15 teen minutes,and couldn't wait they told me the manager would call me,I never heard from them,I call them the following weekend,they had me on hold for 30 minutes then hung up in my face,papa John is my favorite pizza,but seems like I'm going to have to find someone else they or get rude

Went in to pick up pizza after it was already supposed to be ready and the guy wasn’t even working on anything then in a rude way he told me it would be at least 15 more minutes, he didn’t even have it started. He was so rude and how do you not even have the pizza started when it was supposed to be ready for at least 5 min already. Do not go here, drive farther to a different papa John’s or maybe just go to Pizza Hut.

The delivery driver for tonight (6/17/2024) was WONDERFUL!! But the "supervisor" as she called him was horrible!!! I placed an online order and because it was a bigger sized order being paid with cash, he deliverately LIED about calling to confirm my order!! I have NEVER EVER EVER not paid for my order when I place an online order. But for the "supervisor" to say that he called but the call was not in the call logs and to just cancel my order IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!! How do you expect to make money that way as a company?!?!? Thank you to the lady who answered the phone and went ABOVE AND BEYOND TO GET MY FOOD MADE QUICKLY AND ALSO TO DELIVER MY FOOD PROMPTLY!! YOU DESERVE A RAISE AND SOME PRAISE AND SOME MORE GIRL!!! AND SHE WAS SO POLITE! I HATE that I didn't get her name to be able to compliment her to the higher power when I call them but they will know who she is!! Thanks Love you're such a wonderful worker!! ? ?

Ordered pizza at 11:53 am. Went to the store to pick up the pizza at 12:23 pm but the pizza hadn’t been started. Employee was outside hanging out as I came into the store.

They are too slow employees is too slow I wait 30 min to take just only I garlic bread order stupid . If they have not enough employees just let me know I have too many people to work . Zero star

It was Papa John's delivery so we weren't expecting a lot. We got a pizza with mushroom pepper and sausage, it was meh but for cheaper delivery pizza on a weeknight it's ok. The wings were a mistake, which I kinda knew when I ordered but I figured I would give it a try (hot and honey chipotle ).

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza with light sauce,when my order was delivered my pizza had extra sauce and extra cheese on it,call to complain about it and the guy was very rude,saying so what you want to do about it,you should have re made my pizza the correct way,but instead nothing was done about it..

Placed my order 3rd party. Called by delivery service and PJ did not have 2 ltr drinks. Called PJ direct...manager asked if she could deliver it the following day. I was in town 1 night on business..I told her that and she hung up on me. No refund for drink and I prepaid a tip. Absolutely horrible customer service. I spent 30ish dollars on a large pizza and no drink...and couldn't get a refund .
