This review is for the product, I mean, bad bad pizza. The worst I've ever seen at Papajjons. I truly feel sorry for the person who was alone in the store. She answers calls, is a cashier, makes pizzas, and delivers them. It's impossible to deliver a good product under these conditions.

Ordered on a busy night after music fest, only 1 order got completed, but Christopher was so nice, polite, helpful and sincere about the issue and made it right the next night! Thank you Christopher!!

Terrible Customer Service. Never on time. The app will say they’ll be ready at 5pm and you get there at 5:05pm for them to say “10 more minutes.” I’m not sure what’s going on but the place is really out of order.
THIS IS THE 2ND TIME 🤨 I ORDER A PIZZA FRM THIS PLC AND ASK FOR XTRA XTRA CHEESE ON THE TOP OF THE CHEESE THATS ON IT 🤨🤨🤨 I SURE AS CANT SEE IT BUT WAS CHARGE FOR IT!!!!
AND THEY LIED SAYING TO THEY WILL KNOCK OFF THE CHARGE FOR DOUBLE XTRA CHEESE AND DIDN'T!!!
They were running an hour behind tonight, 4/19. And how did I know this? I called to see where my pizza was after more than 30minutes after the original delivery time and was put on ‘hold’ and listened to the employees talk about the orders and how far behind they were. Thank goodness they sent my delivery to doordash, no telling what time it would’ve gotten here otherwise.
NEVER ordering from this place again. I placed my order at 7:33, why did it take them until 10:27 to get my food to me!?!?!?!?!? Never again.
