We placed an online order at 10:25. Closing time is midnight. Our online order was cancelled after we paid! Guy on the phone claimed he didn’t have a driver. We offered to pick it up. He rudely and loudly said,”Didn’t you hear me? I’m here alone!” My dad owned another pizza franchise and I made carry-out pizzas in the store by myself when I was 13... I have family that works for Papa. Horribly rude. Horrible phone etiquette. Horrible customer service. Just HORRIBLE!...read full review
