Purchased 3 of those personal pizzas and side last night. Asked for ranch, it was given, because there were boneless wings included in the meal. Makes sense right? Well today I ran it back and decided two order tow more for my kids. I go to pick up at the drive/thru and was told I’d have to pay for the ranches. That’s not THAT out of the ordinary, but I’m always shocked when restaurants make you pay for condiments after paying for the food lol. Anyways, i mentioned purchasing 3 boxes the night before and being granted ranches for each one. The guy at the window, perhaps the manager, immediately informed me that was not how it should’ve been, and proceeded to ask me who gave me the ranches. As if I’d remember, then tell and get them in trouble. I say all this to say, watch this spot. The man in office has people ready to fire workers for something as silly as giving ranch to those who purchase boneless wings. A mess! Never was that serious, or so I thought. Can’t recall the sweet lady who gave us ranch, but I can tell you y_web pissed me off today.

I don’t know if it’s cause I’m from a different state but at this location it seems as though they’re stealing they are charging a dollar for ranch and a dollar for Parmesan. Even if you order things that come with that condiment it’s ridiculous. They don’t do that at any other location I’ve been to.

I did not receive my marinara sauce and boneless honey BBQ wings. I ordered the Chicago tavern large double pepperoni pizza, double bread sticks, veggie marinara pasta, a medium pan beef pizza and honey boneless BBQ wings.
Orderd food waited over an hour never received the order tried calling multiple times with no response from anyone poor poor poor management

I had ordered 13 pizzas for my business in AR while I am in KS and the wrong name and location was taken down. Doordash was apparently contacted to delivery the order and delivered to wrong address. We were told that since we had our order "delivered" through doordash we can't get a refund. I had contacted the store the day before and gave all of our correct information and everything was delivered wrong and now I am not able to get a refund due to this location using doordash and saying it is not in their hands anymore even though I called pizza hut directly. Absolutely terrible service.

Paul and the team at Pizza Hut on University helped prepare over 300+ pizzas on schedule for our student day at school. He was organized, kind and did an fabulous job! Highly recommend. Esp if you need a large order for an event.

I ordered pizza from the restaurant on 2912 S University to celebrate Valentine’s Day with my family. What's the use of me ordering pizza and I still end up having to cook? The pizza was over-cooked which made it dry, it was cold and flimsy. I threw away $30 the only thing that was ok to eat was the cheesy bread. If the rest of the Pizza Hut’s are like this one I’ll pass on every last one of them. Please do better with the food.
