Always fresh and friendly staff. Even when I had a big family meal order they told me we going to cook everything fresh and it will be a wait and I was very satisfied

STAFF is rude , went through the drive through to order a 5pc and the manager named Jeff had an attitude and refused to serve us , he told one of the crew members to shut the window which was highly rude and bad customer service , he threatened to call the cops as well , when all we wanted to do was order food .

I found paper in my sandwich so I took it back to the restaurant and told them paper was on my sandwich I don’t know if she was a manager or not, but it was a black lady that wear glasses. She gonna have the nerves to tell me that’s not paper that’s cheese I told her she need to look at that again, so I guess she seen that it was actually paper on my sandwich so she sent somebody else to the window with me another sandwich they didn’t apologize or anything. I’m calling corporate Monday morning.

Rude as hell staff! MISS UP YOUR ORDER AND THEN GETS PISSED AT YOU AS IF ITS YOUR FAULT! Stuff doesn’t make sense! I asked for plain tenders for my daughter they gave her spicy! She was in TEARS!

Came through spent almost $30! They got my order wrong I’m in rush our traffic rushing trying to get to my child and I call the store the manager was rude AS HELL!!! I literally can’t stand poor customer service! I will NEVER PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION EVER!!! And the manager hung the phone up in my face because they got it wrong!!!
