“Went through the drive-thru and ordered an unsweetened tea. They gave me a sweet tea and I had to pull into a lane and ask for another tea. it was slow and I asked for my money back just as they were bringing the tea out. Be awhile before I go back to that one.“
“I stopped by today for my normal, the lady who took my order accidentally made it wrong. She put cherry instead of vanilla. My carhop was very kind, he came out fixed my drink and made my day by giving me a compliment. Would 10/10 recommend stopping by, I can’t remember what his name was, something along the lines of K something!“

It Once had FAST Service. Unfortunately now a couple of its employees are less concerned about getting our orders out to us in the Fast Tradition that was at one time Sonic Drive-In's LEGACY and at one time Every Order WAS DELIVERED By A CAR-HOP on Roller Skates.

“During a work trip, I went to many of the restaurants on this road. This Sonic, by far, had the best service and best food quality. Staff was super friendly as well. If I ever need to return to Little Rock, I will surely be visiting this Sonic again.“
“I had a order that was made incorrectly and was happy about it. But Jay the general manager called me the next say to apologize and told me to come in anytime to get my meal replaced. I went toet the meal and he personally came out to my car to apologize again and made sure my order was right. You don't see that kind of service very much anymore and it was greatly appreciated.“
