“Went through the drive-thru and ordered an unsweetened tea. They gave me a sweet tea and I had to pull into a lane and ask for another tea. it was slow and I asked for my money back just as they were bringing the tea out. Be awhile before I go back to that one.“
“I stopped by today for my normal, the lady who took my order accidentally made it wrong. She put cherry instead of vanilla. My carhop was very kind, he came out fixed my drink and made my day by giving me a compliment. Would 10/10 recommend stopping by, I can’t remember what his name was, something along the lines of K something!“

It Once had FAST Service. Unfortunately now a couple of its employees are less concerned about getting our orders out to us in the Fast Tradition that was at one time Sonic Drive-In's LEGACY and at one time Every Order WAS DELIVERED By A CAR-HOP on Roller Skates.

“It was a packed Friday so I did not expect a fast delivery. Every stall is full, etc.
But Zacaria (please forgive me if I don't spell it correctly) was so fast and so kind to me and my boys as she delivered our order. The staff is always very kind here, even if they are busy. ❤️“
“During a work trip, I went to many of the restaurants on this road. This Sonic, by far, had the best service and best food quality. Staff was super friendly as well. If I ever need to return to Little Rock, I will surely be visiting this Sonic again.“
“These employees are always friendly and are willing to go the extra mile. They’re always doing their jobs to make their customers satisfied. I also like the app where you can order ahead and when you get there, you can check in. That makes it go a lot faster when you get there. Also, the application gives you discounts and also has other things that you cannot get on their regular menu as far as pricing is concerned. They also send you text messages letting you know about deals that they have for that day.“
