“Went through the drive-thru and ordered an unsweetened tea. They gave me a sweet tea and I had to pull into a lane and ask for another tea. it was slow and I asked for my money back just as they were bringing the tea out. Be awhile before I go back to that one.“
“I stopped at the Sonic as i was driving through and the staff was the most professional and polite of any Sonic i have been to even though they were busy when I was there. Our order was correct and tasted great. I will definitely stop back by here when passing through in the future.“
“I stopped by today for my normal, the lady who took my order accidentally made it wrong. She put cherry instead of vanilla. My carhop was very kind, he came out fixed my drink and made my day by giving me a compliment. Would 10/10 recommend stopping by, I can’t remember what his name was, something along the lines of K something!“
“Always loved sonic, awsome staff and good managers. Quick service. Some issues with the drive through microphone but I am sure they are aware. Also some of the pull in order menue boards are dangerously loose and need to be tightened down or fixed. But other than that it's a great place to go!“
“I enjoy Sonics. For what it's worth, it deserves 👏. I do have concerns from time to time such as the app, the options for ordering, although often unhealthy, it really hits the spot before or after any activity. I have not had much of a bad experience at this sonic other than forgetting my sauces for things like cheddar peppers and pretzel.
I should always check my bag for the right items. I am so thankful, proud, and often shocked what some of these workers have to put up with. This Sonic and Arch St is top-notch, in my opinion.

“Went to sonic on Friday night and could not get my food the staff was so busy watching the police that they could not take orders this make no sense and the supervisor instead of her leading them the right direction she was watching the police as well instead of taking orders this sonic is the worst one in the city everyone should be fired and they need to do a rebuild or close for good“
“These employees are always friendly and are willing to go the extra mile. They’re always doing their jobs to make their customers satisfied. I also like the app where you can order ahead and when you get there, you can check in. That makes it go a lot faster when you get there. Also, the application gives you discounts and also has other things that you cannot get on their regular menu as far as pricing is concerned. They also send you text messages letting you know about deals that they have for that day.“
“I love the smasher , it's the best burger. it's so juicy and flavorful and the servers are all very nice. My only complaint it 97% of the card readers are broken )-: they need to fix them desperately!!!!!!!!! other than that I could eat a smasher every day with a reeses blast !
