I’ve loved 🥰 loved this drive thru for 20 years!!! Close to my home—-and many other cool things such as the people at the window and they do have a sweet manager when I go through. Today I ordered a Coke with light ice. I was asked what I meant by “light ice 🧊 “. I was asked by this poor girl if I wanted ice in a cup. 👎 NOPE!!! That’s not a Coca-Cola with light ice. So after 20 years—-I’m done!!!
How do you get a refund when you catch a mistake on an app order after it is submitted. I put in an order - realized it was wrong - went in the store they voided it and i reordered on the app. Never got a refund. Checked with the store a week later. Tgey said wait a week and if it had not shown up call corporate. A girl I barely can understand - tells me I need to call the bank. I visit the store a second time - asst manager calls the manager ….. still no help…. Still...read full review
