Literally one of the only single good about Bill Clinton National Airport. Service is quick, efficient, and--most importantly--kind. You can tell the the workers try their best to have fun and this lightens up the rather melancholy mood present so often at airports. One of my favorite Starbucks' and that's saying a lot from someone who prefers Dutch Brothers and Dunkin donuts!
What happened to this location!!!!! You could always count on these super kind, sweet ladies that would make you feel so welcome. My experience today was like going to McDonalds. It was really bad, unfriendly. Honestly it's a shock. For years this place was amazing! Those ladies moved on and what they have now is just bad. What a shame
I was flying out really early yesterday and I decided to give Starbucks another try.. I was greated by 3 super friendly ladies that exceeded all of my expectations. Kimber took my order and I was pleasantly surprised because she actually listened to my order and repeated to make sure that my extravagant order was entered correctly.
