First complaint workers being unprofessional in front of customers. Customer complained about the tea not being done and the cashier ignored the customer by walking to the back, once she returned, two more ladies came out, one wearing what appeared to be pajamas.
Mocking the customers who just left out complaining about the tea.
Second complaint, employee was placing cookies in a bag and tried to place one that fell onto the counter in the bag. Staff needs to be briefed...read full review
