I went into Subway Saturday night and I was very Happy with the Managers attitude. She was very polite and very helpful because I had no ideal what I wanted to eat 15 to 20 mins before it was time for them to close. Her name is ShaRonda I believe but she Rocks. Great Food, Great People went back the next day but I was told she was off. Please let her know she made our night..

Use the app to order online, picked up order it was wrong. Returned to store to get order corrected, staff was slow, and appeared to not know what they were doing. Saw them make 3 incorrect orders in front of me, they were out of lots of items and had to go the the back to get meat for each sandwich, finally asked for a refund. Hours of operation have changed too-but not changed online or on the app. I will not return to this location.

If I could give it 0 stars that would be more appropriate. I went in after 6pm on a Wednesday and (I think his name was Barry) was the only one making sandwiches. He had a trainee that he only wanted to work the cash register. He was going super slow and had to keep going in the back because he did not stock enough up front. I was 4th in line and the customer in the front suggested that he give his trainee on the job training in order to get the line down. Barry kept arguing back and forth with that customer which made him go slower. The second customer in line told Barry he was doing bad customer service and Barry stopped making the first customers food to argue with her. On his 2nd trip to the back to stock up on something that the first customer needed for her second second, he let her first sandwich burn in the toaster so he had to make that sandwich again. It took him about 30 minutes for 4 customers.

I love this Subway, It's very clean and make very good salads. They have great customer service and are great at recommending sandwiches and salads. The bread and vegetables always seem fresh and plentiful.

The place is filthy, the woman behind the counter sat at a booth on her phone for a few minutes while we stood there waiting for someone to help us. She also had nothing but a nasty attitude the entire time. Then another employee comes out, also on his phone the entire time. Then joked to a customer that just walked in saying they were closed and made her leave confused and laughed about it. This place needs new management and a new staff. Disgraceful.
