The Purple Cow Restaurant (Chenal Parkway)

We had 5 in our party. Tried something new to me, it was not good nor a value for the size. I normally love purple cow but not this time. I won't order this item again. Soup and salad combo. The large queso was smaller than other restaurants as well.

First sometime this place out. The hospitality was amazing. The food was incredible. It was a good first impression

Delicious and server's were very friendly and helpful. I got the spicy burger and a couple beers and it was amazing.

My first time visiting and it was not a great experience at all. First, I waited for about 10 mins for someone to take my to-go order, while a couple of workers passed me several times. The purple vanilla shake and the fries were amazing, but not did they play me on that Tuna melt 🥲 it was nothing melted or warm about it except the bread was toasted. The tuna was cold, and they literally slapped a slice of cheese on there… I know a tuna melt is supposed to be just that. All for those reasons I’d probably go to another location to try other food, but definitely not back there. I could have made that sandwich at home for what I paid.

Our first time to a Purple Cow . The food was fresh and hot. And the sevice from Beth wonderful. The manager was very sweet as well!! Highly recommend 👍

Can recommend the purple vanilla shake. Only issue we had was the salad dressing packet was really hard to open. Had to ask the manager for some scissors to open it.But she had them.

I went last night for two milkshakes to go and I made the mistake of not tasting it before I left. It tasted as if it was contaminated by metal shavings. It had to be tossed out it was so bad. I probably won’t be back to this location.

Seemed to be understaffed in the front section. Our waitress was serving three parties of 8+, and four more tables of couples. The other wait staff seemed to be just as oversubscribed. We also didn’t know where to pay, at the table or at the register. The front hostess gave us the wrong answer and we had to wait several minutes to get our waitress.

Food was good, nothing special but a solid burger and fries. Ranch was very good.

I went there first time. We ordered two burger. They literally charge us $50 for soggy and dry beef burger. This is worst place to eat and don’t spend your hard earned money here. This place serve cheap quality food and overpriced
