I like Tropical Smoothie Cafe, but I didn’t have the best experience here.I ordered ahead and my food was done promptly. I thanked the workers after picking up the food and they gave me a blank stare. They didn’t say anything or acknowledge me and that was awkward.My crunch flatbread was OK, until I bit into a hard piece of avocado. It turns out that all avocado they put in the flatbread was hard and brown. Few things are worse in life than hard, spoiled avocado.Due to the lack of friendly service and ingredients that weren’t fresh, I probably won’t come back here.

I'm not a huge fan of Tropical Smoothie. But, I wanted to give a shout out to the staff for how friendly they were to me the other day when I came in to pick up a Door Dash order. I had been to 3 places prior asking for just a scoop of ice for my drink (including the place I bought my drink ?) and everyone said no. I appreciate the staff for giving me that scoop of ice. it definitely made my day. Thanks again.

I would have gave zero stars if I could. This was my first time ordering chicken cheese quesadilla. I literally had 5-6 pieces of chicken. Not worth the money will not return.

THUS US RHE VEST CHIA BIOAT SMOOTHIE I HAVE EVER HAD HERE AND MY MANGO FLATBREAD IS TO DIE FOR ..Thank you new staff!!!I HAD QUIT GOING BECAUSE OF PREVIOUS STAFF WAS RUDE N SLOW N the quality of food n smoothies were not up to par. I will be back.. give these folks a raise n keep them please

This was my first time experiencing a Tropical smoothie cafe, I drive a truck and was making a delivery next door, this place is excellent if you are wanting a nice cold smoothie, I had the pineapple and banana and it is really good.
