Not bad. Couldn't understand why the lobby doors were locked at 4pm but the drive- thru was open, though they close at 9pm.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a popular restaurant, though its downtown location can be slow during peak hours. The staff is generally friendly, but the service may be inconsistent, with some customers reporting long wait times and slow traffic. Despite these mixed reviews, the restaurant remains a favorite for its smoothie offerings.
