Tropical Smoothie Cafe is fast, clean, and respectful, with a great atmosphere. Employees are friendly, kind, sweet, and accommodating, often greeting customers with smiling faces and a boost of energy. The service is wonderful. Specific items like the Super Green Caesar wrap can be exceptionally well-prepared. Smoothies are sometimes criticized for being too chunky with ice, but the staff will fix issues immediately. They can also create personalized smoothies with specific ingredients like unflavored whey protein powder and plain Greek yogurt, though flavor combinations can sometimes result in a strange aftertaste. The location is considered by many to be the best.
