I ordered a guitar from another Guitar Center out of state. A used model. It needed a little work and I decided to look at a different model. They were so helpful and helped me pick out an Ibanez that I’m in love with and I’m so happy I went in. Really nice and helpful staff. My wife ended up getting a keyboard too lol. Only place I’ll shop now. Thank You!

What I don’t recommend is Little Rock Arkansas‘s employees selling used gear. I was sold a Shure beta 52 a that was claimed to be brand new out of the box. Opened it in Memphis and saw a very very visibly used microphone. When I tried to return it to another location I was denied. So now I’m stuck with a microphone for $200 that I can’t return. When I called Brandon at first he seemed like he was interested in assisting with my problem. His sales person Darnell H. Sold as this Mic claiming it was brand new. Whether floor model or otherwise this is bad business. Brandon’s last bits of “help”. Was telling me that we had said we had a broken kick Mic and needed a new one. This was a lie. Well done Brandon and thanks for the used microphone that I can’t return.
