The food is amazing and so are the people cooking it! Fast service and generous portions.
My boyfriend and i love this place so much!! We try to order different ones every time we come and its always a hit! The owner is super nice as well. Definitely will become a regular. This place is such a hidden gem.
We had fantastic experience. I was under the weather and requested if they can make curd rice since we are on travel. Request was accepted whole heartedly and they made perfect curd rice even though it is not part of the menu.

Vijayawada House Indian Kitchen is a hidden gem in the back of an Indian grocery store in Little Rock. The food is rich and flavorful, cooked in an authentic style, reminding the real flavors you can only get in India. The Chicken tandoori and manchow soup are awesome. The Tandoori mix grill just melts in the mouth, same for the Chicken tikka masala. The momos are great too. The curd rice, even though not part of the menu, was made perfect upon request. The 20 dollar lunch specials with an extra order of Naan and samosas leave customers full with loads of leftovers. The staff are very friendly, professional, and informative, frequently checking in and refilling water. The owner is super nice as well. The price is very reasonable. Do not expect fancy settings and be ready to eat from a paper plate, but the food is no less than wonderful and exceptional. One complaint is the toilet with very bad smell.
