Pulled in the drive thru line at 5:57 and there were 4 cars in front of me. Took 17 minutes to get to order one kids meal. Left with our food at 6:24. Slowest drive thru I’ve ever been through. Nobody even acknowledged the wait. And no this was not when it first opened.
Monday, 10/9/23… got there at 11:25, only one of the two drive through lanes open. Got my food at 12:10.. Fries were hot and good, but my Whataburger Jr was cold.
It was my first time ever going to a Whataburger and I told the person at the window that it was, and wondered if it was “normal”. Nearly in tears, she told me they were unbelievably understaffed.
