While I am unsure of what the inside service is like, I have to say that the drive through is extremely disappointing. When we arrived, there were already two vehicles sitting ahead of us waiting on their orders. Then, we were asked not only to pull up to wait, but to ask those in front of us to move ahead so we could allow those behind us to have room as well. Then, to make matters worse, when my husband specifically requested to not have ketchup or mustard put on his burger...

Excellent biscuits and gravy with great service from wonderful employees on Saturday morning (May 17). They were very polite, engaged, and are really an asset to this location. Well done!

Chicken strips and onion rings were pretty good. I don't know what was happening in the kitchen, but it took me 40 minutes to get my food. They did give me a cookie for the delay. The cashier was watching out for me and, after waiting 20 minutes, gave me an update saying 2 minutes. It was more like 20, but she was kind and tried to make the situation better. The 4 star for service is for the staff trying to do their best, not for the kitchen speed.
