So disappointed in the ribs tonight. They were dry and had hardly any meat. The ribs on both ends were too dry to attempt to eat. They could not have been freshly cooked. They were spread with a glaze (to hide how dry they were?) that was yucky sweet and not at all something I would want again. I scraped it off as much as I could. This food is amazing! The meat was delicious and well smoked. The lady at the counter was so inviting! The sauce was each individual and complimentary to the meats and sides. I have the pulled pork with baked beans and potato salad. All of it was delicious. 10/10 recommend. We are just stopping on the way home! Saving this place! ?
