Do NOT order your DoorDash orders from here after 12:30am, they will tell the dashers that someone else picked it up, so they can take the food home theirselves! This is my second time experiencing this! Horrible staff and management

Every time i order from there either something is missing or they give me the wrong stuff Im not leaving a tip next time
My food was delivery. I order at 9:48pm. Email stated delivery would take 31-46 minutes. I called several times with no results due no one answered the phone. Last call was at 11:24pm. I never received my food.

This location has really gotten better in the past few months! Service has been terrific, the workers are on the ball and very attentive, and the food is great. Good job, and keep up the good work!

My experience with this location was my first and probably would've been my last. The mgr, listened to me, was very professional about it and i enjoyed talking to her. One of the gentlemen (a cook, Tae) MADE SURE I WAS COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER! Thanks for moving in my area. They'll be seeing more of my family.
Worst customer service of any Wing Stop. Got our order wrong, and didnt pick up the phone for a resolution.

Food was horrible. I placed an online order and arrived promptly at the time the website said to be there. I picked up the order and immediately noticed my food wasn’t hot. I asked for my fries to be replaced with fresh ones & was told I’d have to rebuy them. Associate explained that basically even thought the app states to be there in 13 minutes, sometimes the food could be ready soon as customer place the order. The wings I ordered barely had any sauce on them. If you have to order from this store location, please do so in person for better experience.

Placed a big order online. Food was on time but when I opened the boxes a really strong disgusting smell came from the food. My family and I was not able to eat it. I called twice but no answer so I went to this location with the food in hopes of getting a refund. The manager was really nice but told me that I would have to contact DoorDash to get my refund. I called DoorDash and they said I had to contact this store. Very confusing. Had to submit a complaint on the Wingstop website. Hopefully I can get a refund.

2 weeks in a row my order was messed up. Waited almost an hour for one order, ranch was spilled all at the bottom of the bag, this week was missing fries and got no ranch at all. Terrible place won’t be back again.
