Pizza Hut now requires you to answer the phone for delivery. Total irresponsibility on their part. They said I did not answer my phone. Really. I ordered and it is Pizza Huts responsibility to deliver. The manager blamed me for not answering the phone. She said these CHILDREN did not know directions. She said they did not have them. I said I provided them in the online delivery order. Again she said the driver did not have them. I guess I needed to talk to the driver and order. Dumbing down of America folks. Blame me because I ordered online and provided all the info they needed. and they cannot deliver. Even the delivery instructions. Pizza Hut delivery is a joke.

Please if you plan on ordering delivery from this location, go with Domino's instead. I ordered delivery from here one night, one of their box dinner deals with the wings. The delivery had arrived, I look in the box and there is no wings. So I call the store and they tell me that they don't have anymore of the wings that I ordered. So why not call and tell me that or ask to substitute something else for the wings? And the manager was overall rude and dismissive. Won't be orderingfrom here again and I suggest to anyone else to choose Domino's over these guys.

Been craving a calzone till I received two that were pretty empty bread and 2.5 pepperoni in each half. Not what’s pictured online at all!! Also had to ask for half of my order that was missing. Smh.

Please if you plan on ordering delivery from this location, go with Domino's instead. I ordered delivery from here one night, one of their box dinner deals with the wings. The delivery had arrived, I look in the box and there is no wings. So I call the store and they tell me that they don't have anymore of the wings that I ordered. Deliver faster than 1 1/2 hour for 5 blocks away. remodel the building........it is dirty and decaying and falling apart. If the outside looks like that, how do you think they maintain the inside.

They services are horrible. Your wait time is ridiculously stupid. They say one order time and you will get your order 2 1/2 hrs later. The order will be warm when you get it.The night manager is rude asf. The drivers will bring your order when they feel like it. Dont do no delivery order from them. The driver Austin is very rude and has no care in the world if u get or order or not.
Emailed an order in on Saturday night between college football games. Was able to get a discount and the pizza was ready in 15 minutes which is about how long it takes me to get to this location. Pizza was hot and tasty. I ordered the bacon cheese crust pizza and I was surprised how good it tasted.

Of the dozen or so times I've ordered from this location, only one delivery was actually made without having to send back a cold pizza, or the wrong pizza, or a dropped pizza. Most recently we were made to wait almost four hours for a pizza due to unexplained delays and cold pizzas.If you are thinking of ordering pizza from this location, I would recommend ordering it from anywhere else BUT this location.
