Great food, wine and atmosphere, disrupted by owner and his friend. The owner of the establishment sat with a friend at the bar next to me this evening. The friend was a loud boisterous fellow who would not shut up and obviously couldn’t believe that a socialist got elected to be the mayor of New York yesterday, including suggesting the whole city is a loss now and should be burned to the round. My evening was lovely til these guys showed up. The friend of the owner was gross and loud and mean and disgusting. He ruined my whole experience and I don’t think I will go back to Zin or their sister store Sauced. If the owner can sit and listen to and let his friend be so awful and degrading to different groups of people I don’t want to help him pay his bills anymore. Which I hate, because I have really enjoyed patronizing both of these places. Won’t be back.
Visited Zin for the first time today and had such a wonderful experience! I stopped in for a margarita and to catch up with friends before heading home, and Shannon made the visit truly special. She was incredibly sweet, checking in with us often and even allowing us to stay a little past closing—something we really appreciated.
When I asked about the spinach artichoke dip due to my allergy restrictions, Shannon immediately offered helpful, detailed information. She even went above and beyond by offering to gather ingredients from their sister location to make sure I could enjoy the dish safely. That kind of care and consideration is rare, and it meant so much to me.
As someone who usually avoids eating out because it's hard to talk about allergies in front of others, Shannon made me feel completely comfortable and supported. It was a quiet moment, but one that left a big impact. I’ll definitely be coming back to try the dip—and will update with pictures when I do!
So grateful for the kindness and conversation. Shannon truly impressed me, and I’m forever thankful for the way she made me feel during my visit.
The new general manager, Shannon, was an absolute joy. She had great recommendations, provided great service, and everything was delicious. This place is very underrated, and with Shannon’s new management, I hope it flourishes. We will definitely be back!
We arrived on a weekend evening around 6pm. There were a few other couples there but no wait. We were told to sit where we liked and we chose accordingly. Service was prompt. The employee preemptively apologized for uncertain inventory citing vacation the week prior, no biggie. I had a wine flight, my spouse a beer. The menu looks delightful online but the menu there was different and I was disappointed. Our table ordered one entree and two appetizers. I honestly wanted the steak but didn't want to risk the cost vs. Reward until I had more insight into the menu. The sliders and crab cakes arrived first. Next came the short ribs. The texture/appearance of the short ribs was daunting. We both questioned the speed at which they arrived but were pleasantly surprised by the taste. The sliders we had zero complaints about. They were lovely. The crab cakes. They were flat. They had visible vegetables I found displeasing. Plated amongst two sauces. One sauce was citrusy, herby and lovely. The other almost seemed chipotle-eqsue, my palate did not enjoy. The crabcakes were soggy in the middle and the texture was hard to process. There is mention of a wine dinner monthly and following on Facebook is the best place to find that information. I would return again for snack foods and a glass of wine.
We stopped in on a Thursday night and thought we would have to wait for a table but didn’t have to at all! There are apparently new owners and they are hoping to improve the previous image. The manager gave us great recommendations. We had some really good wine and the food was amazing!
Exceeded my expectations! The bacon-wrapped quail with roasted carrots was perfectly cooked—juicy, flavorful, and with a delightful hint of spice. It paired beautifully with a Pinot Noir flight from Willamette Valley, OR! Highly recommend!

We have been there several times as a couple or with friends, but our greatest experience was at the Wedding Rehearsal Dinner for my daughter and son-in-law. His family hosted and made a wonderful choice to rent out the restaurant/ wine bar. The staff was crazy attentive and absolutely nailed it. A great memory and fantastic photos.

This is one of the most swankiest chill restaurants in Little Rock, not to mention the food is amazing, the Dr. Pepper braised short rib one of my favs on the menu+ everything else too, they have an excellent wine & drink menu, this place is very chilled and relaxed, the service is always excellent, if you haven’t been here, you are missing out, one of the best local restaurants ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
