“We visited this Waffle House in Lonoke Ar. today, 7/2/2022. The cook “Stephen” was the ONLY ONE DOING ANYTHING. The manager and district manager were both there plus, several young people. Stephen was cooking, stocking and greeting, great personality. The rest of the crew were talking, playing and having a big time. Stephen deserves many accolades for his work ethics. Our food was great and he made sure we were happy with our order. As as manager/supervisor of several C Stores in Ms. I would have had to replace all except Stephen. Fantastic worker.”

He offered to fix me another pizza as well as give me a refund. Great customer service is rare and this guy has got it down pat! Thank you sir!!Got my order wrong. I don't eat Italian sausage and my friend doesn't eat onions. My half was supposed to be beef and onion and hers all meat. Instead we got all meat with onions on the whole pizza. Big flop. Should have checked before we left with it. My fault for that part.”

“Not the prettiest subway. It's soda fountain isnt standard. And there's an awful whistle sound anytime someone walks inside the building. But I had a young person make the most conscientious sandwich I've ever had at a subway here, and I want to reward their effort.”
