This location has some of the friendliest staff. Everyone has a smile on their face. Immediately upon walking in we are greeted. Our food is is made quickly and it’s hot and fresh. It’s always a great experience. I also love the decorations and makes it more comfortable.

I was there in the afternoon there was two people working there butts of and one girl hiding looking like she was crying there was one out in the lobby that I didn't even know was working there until she went in the door had to wait a while for my food but was understanding of that because they can only do so much with just two people but what really got me was when the girl that was out in the lobby started yelling at the male Manger and was walking behind him yelling at him and he was saying that he was going to do this and he kept walking away but that girl kept yelling at him he should have fired that girl that was unacceptable behavior in a restaurant with customers in the store the man left and that girl stayed I still didn't Beshear worked there she was dressed so nasty like her shirt didn't have a name on it or anything that said burger King after that man left I didn't evebsee a Manger in the store something really needs to be done about that I really hope there was action take on that girl
Omg I went I there again and that same Manger was doing again how is she still working there how is it okay for someone that is suppose to be in charge of making your store look and run efficiently Tobe cussing and yelling calling people cussing names she is wearing sweatpants and a t-shirt the crew look more presentable than she does and she's supposed to be in charge they really need to do something about their management team whoever is in charge of that store needs to make some changes you are out of your mind to put up with that from a manager no wonder your store is doing so badly

Sandwich maker outside by entrance smoking. Manager working front counter, drive thru, and making sandwiches. Only 1 other person ahead of me and they were in drive thru. Fountain drink area filthy. Bathroom no paper towels. When I ask for napkins the 3rd worker there, she just looked at me. I fold napkins at fountain drink area. Definitely won't be back. I was afraid to eat thr food.
