Stayed at the hotel in the same parking lot, on 1/17/26 i went over at 10:30pm and the doors were locked. Knocked on the door and a guy saw me, but he never came to unlock the door or wave or nothing. FIX YOUR HOURS

The people who work here are always rude. Service is awful except one lady out of all those people is nice when I go there. Everyone else seems to be having a bad day and taking it out on customs. Price is horrible to go along with the horrible food and horrible service. Sonic is better

Purchase same items about 3 times a week. Never same price. Order bacon,egg cheese biscuit and senior small diet coke. Price I was told suppose to be 7.55 but sometime its 8.79 and last week it was 10.26.

I wouldn't put a Starr but you have to. They are in so much of a hurry to pull you away from the second window that you never get what you ordered. I had to back 3 times just to get what I ordered.

I did a mobile order at lonoke McDonald's the workers was just talking and taking there time and after 5 minutes a man came and he was weird and was saying that it didn't go through and took my phone and put his Hotspot on so I can show him proof that I order it and it was just a large fry not like it was a hole meal and a nice woman behind me was very frustrated because I was waiting for 10 minutes just for them to give me my order and it was not even busy and when the nice woman said something about it a worker wanted to get mad saying that I had a mobile order but that doesn't make sense I'm waiting that long I already ordered before I got there and the frys taste old and It was room temperature.

Went thru the drive thru they gave us our drinks then pull forward. Waited for 20 minutes and had to go inside to get our food
